This policy covers the private social-media scheduling tool operated at
postiz.slackwater.dev. It is a single-operator installation. It has
one account, registration is closed, and it is not offered to the public.
On a single self-hosted server in the United Kingdom. Nothing is sold, shared, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising or profiling. There are no analytics and no third-party trackers.
This application uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the operator's own YouTube channel. By using it you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by those services — see the Google Privacy Policy.
Google account data obtained through the API is used only to upload and manage videos on the operator's own channel. It is never shown to anyone else and never leaves the server. Access can be revoked at any time through Google security settings. Stored Google user data is deleted when access is revoked or on request.
Tokens for Instagram, Threads, X and Bluesky are used solely to publish to the operator's own accounts on those services, and can be revoked from within each platform's own settings.
Tokens are held until revoked. Published media is retained so posts can be re-issued or corrected. To have any data removed, contact the address below.
